Gas Chlorination Systems

Cadell gas chlorination systems use vacuum-operated injector technology to safely withdraw and accurately dose chlorine or sulfur dioxide gas directly from cylinders or ton containers. Liquid Chemical Dosing Systems

Precise sodium hypochlorite and bisulfite metering at any scale

Cadell liquid dosing systems cover the full range of disinfection chemical metering from small community water supplies to large industrial plants. Peristaltic and diaphragm pump configurations are available for sodium hypochlorite, sodium bisulfite, ferrous sulphate, alum, and other treatment chemicals. All units ship ready for panel integration with 4–20 mA, pulse, and Modbus outputs.

Chlorine Dioxide Generation

On-site ClO₂ for taste, odour, and biofilm control

Cadell chlorine dioxide generators use controlled acid-chlorite or chlorine-chlorite chemistry to produce high-purity ClO₂ on demand. Unlike pre-mixed solutions, on-site generation eliminates transport and storage hazards. The systems are compact, self-calibrating, and include dual-feed failsafe interlocks as standard.

Vacuum Regulators & Injectors

Precision gas feed-rate control for cylinder and ton-container systems

Cadell vacuum regulators, rotameters, and injector assemblies are the metering heart of a gas chlorination train. V-notch rotameter tubes offer repeatable flow indication. Electronic control valve assemblies provide automatic feed-rate modulation driven by flow-pacing or residual-control signals. Spring-loaded fail-close design ensures the system shuts safe on vacuum loss.

Gas Detection & Safety Systems

Electrochemical Cl₂ and SO₂ detection for chlorination rooms

Cadell gas detection and alarm systems protect operators and facilities from chlorine and sulfur dioxide leaks. Electrochemical sensor heads are designed for long-term stability in high-humidity chlorination room environments. Control panels support single- and multi-point monitoring with audible alarms, strobe indicators, relay outputs for ventilation fan activation, and remote notification outputs.
